Setup guide & docs

MarketOne forwards your Salla store’s conversion events server-to-server to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Analytics 4. This guide walks you through installing the app and connecting each platform — no code required.

Quick start (under 5 minutes)

  • Install MarketOne from the Salla App Store and authorize it for your store.
  • Open the MarketOne dashboard and go to Connections.
  • Add the credentials for each platform you advertise on, then click Connect.
  • Place a test order — it will appear in the live Event Log and be delivered to your platforms automatically.

Connecting Google Analytics 4

You need two values from your GA4 property:

  • Measurement ID — in GA4: Admin → Data Streams → your web stream (looks like G-XXXXXXXXXX).
  • Measurement Protocol API Secret — in the same Data Stream → Measurement Protocol API secrets → Create.
  • Paste both into MarketOne → GA4, then use “Validate” to confirm the credentials work.

Connecting Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • In Meta Events Manager, select your dataset (Pixel) and copy the Dataset/Pixel ID.
  • Generate a Conversions API access token under Settings → Conversions API.
  • Paste the Pixel ID and access token into MarketOne → Meta and connect.
  • Events are sent via the Conversions API with deduplication so they never double-count against your browser pixel.

Connecting TikTok

  • In TikTok Events Manager, open your Pixel / Web Event set and copy its ID.
  • Generate an Events API access token for that pixel.
  • Paste the Pixel ID and access token into MarketOne → TikTok and connect.

Connecting Snapchat

  • In Snapchat Ads Manager → Events Manager, copy your Pixel ID.
  • Generate a Conversions API token for the pixel.
  • Paste both into MarketOne → Snapchat and connect.

Verifying your events

Open the Event Log in the dashboard to see each order, the platforms it was sent to, and its delivery status in real time. You can also confirm receipt in each platform’s own tools — Meta Test Events, TikTok Test Event Code, GA4 DebugView, and Snapchat Event Manager.

Deduplication & automatic retries

Each order is identified by a stable event ID, so it is counted once even if Salla re-sends a webhook or you also run a browser pixel. If a platform call fails, MarketOne retries it automatically, and you can re-send any event manually from the Event Log.

Security

  • Platform tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256).
  • Incoming Salla webhooks are verified with HMAC-SHA256 before they are processed.
  • Each store’s data is isolated (multi-tenant isolation by store ID).
